Shipping Policy

DogLibre ships to most countries worldwide. If we can't deliver to your address, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery time
After dispatch, estimated delivery is:

• Malaysia: 2-5 business days
• International: 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

The estimate shown at checkout covers transit time only and doesn't include processing time.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to eligible orders over the minimum shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total, and the customer is responsible for paying them.

Tracking
All orders include tracking information once dispatched.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@doglibre.com within 7 days of expected delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
